By accessing or using EveryHealth ("we," "our," or "the app") at geteveryhealth.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

EveryHealth connects to your health insurance to show you what you're paying for prescriptions and where you could save money. We also provide free drug price comparison tools using publicly available pricing data from sources including Cost Plus Drugs and GoodRx.

You must be at least 13 years old to use EveryHealth.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

EveryHealth is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Pricing information is provided for informational purposes only. Always consult your healthcare provider or pharmacist before making changes to your prescriptions.

Drug prices displayed on EveryHealth are collected from third-party sources and may not reflect current or actual pricing at any pharmacy. Prices may vary by location, pharmacy, insurance plan, and other factors. We make no guarantee that the prices shown are accurate, complete, or up to date.

You should always verify pricing directly with the pharmacy before making a purchase decision.

EveryHealth is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cost Plus Drugs, GoodRx, or any pharmacy, drug manufacturer, or insurance company listed on the app. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

The aggregated pricing data, user interface, and other content on EveryHealth are our property or licensed to us. You may not scrape, crawl, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any data or content from the app without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the app.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit pricing data obtained from the app.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its infrastructure.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the app in a way that could harm other users or the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EveryHealth and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to reliance on pricing information displayed.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the current version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
