EveryHealth ("we," "our," or "the app") helps you understand your pharmacy spending by connecting to your health insurance and comparing what you pay against lower-cost alternatives.

This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Account information: your email address and password.
• Health insurance data: pharmacy claims, medication details, and coverage information retrieved from your insurance company, only after you explicitly authorize access through your insurer's login.
• Drug pricing data: publicly available pharmacy pricing (e.g., Cost Plus Drugs, GoodRx) used to calculate potential savings. This is not personal information.

Some features, like our drug price comparison tool, work without an account and collect no personal data.

We use your data to show you what you're paying for prescriptions and where you could save money.

We do not use your health data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the service to you.

We use encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your information, both in transit and at rest.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party cookies.

We use analytics to understand how people use the site. We never include health or personal information in analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party. This includes California residents under the CCPA.

Our infrastructure providers (hosting, database) process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it.

We may disclose information if required by law (e.g., a valid court order or subpoena).

We link to external websites such as pharmacies and drug pricing sources. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.

• View your data: you can see all your health data in the app at any time.
• Disconnect insurance: removes the connection to your insurer. Your health data is kept so you can still view it.
• Delete your data: permanently deletes all your health data from our servers.
• Revoke access: you can revoke EveryHealth's access through your insurer's member portal at any time.
• Delete your account: contact us to delete your account and all associated data.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your data or your account, it is permanently removed from our servers.

EveryHealth is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
